East China Fair (ECF) is the largest regional trade fair in China with the most traders, great variety of exhibits and the most onsite deals. With an annul 5-day session from March 1st in Shanghai, ECF is supported by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and is co-sponsored by nine provinces and cities, such as Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong Province and two cities of Nanjing and Ningbo.
East China Fair, initiated in 1991 and thereafter 20
sessions have been held successfully. The 21st East China Fair was held at
Shanghai New International Expo Center, from March 1st to 5th, 2011, with an
exhibition area of 103,500sqm. There were four specialized exhibition areas with
5,312 standard booths and 3,300 enterprises, namely Fashion/Garment, Home
Textiles, Art Deco Gifts and Consumer Goods. More than 140 overseas exhibitors
were from 10 countries and regions such as USA, France, Italy, Japan and Korea.
A great variety of traditional and new products were displayed with more focus
on high-tech, famous local brands. The 20th East China Fair had about 20,000
business visitors from 123 countries and regions as well as 25,000 of their
Chinese counterparts. The trade volume amounted to about 2.73 billion US
dollars.
The 22nd East China Fair will be held at Shanghai New
International Expo Center, on March 1st to 5th, 2011, with an exhibition area of
103,500sqm, more than 5,000 standard booths available. There still will be
products of Garments, Home Textiles, Art Deco Gifts and Consumer Goods.
Meanwhile, ECF facilitated business talks concerning transactions, investment
and various kinds of cooperation. We warmly welcome exhibitors from all over the
