Yiwu Airport Has Become a Regular Destination of Cross-strait Passenger Flight
From the official website of the China Civil Aviation Administration, the civil aviation authorities on both sides recently held the 11th Communications Conference on Cross-strait Air Transportation in Yangzhou. The two sides agreed that the mainland would add 6 airports including the Yiwu Airport as the regular destinations of cross-strait passenger flight, and each destination can arrange 3 round-trip flights by each side per week respectively. The news has been confirmed by the relevant person in charge of the Yiwu Airport.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Civil Aviation Bureau Route Development Office, next the Yiwu Airport will proceed cooperation with the Flight Corporation and other related aspects. Yiwu will become the fourth city with direct flight to Taiwan following Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province.
